Health & Safety Guidelines

HCP’s Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines outline the precautionary measures and personal responsibilities that apply to all individuals participating in the HCP Home Care Forum. Please do your part to make this a safe and healthy event for everyone. Please respect the personal space preferences of each participant and generally allow for social distancing when possible.

Masks

  • Masking is not required at the event, but recommended during large gatherings; properly wearing a high-quality mask or respirator is recommended for everyone aged 2 years or older when indoors.

Adherence to Guidelines

  • Do not attend the program if you have knowingly been exposed to or tested positive for COVID–19.
  • Do not attend the program if you are having active cold or flu-like symptoms.
  • Any participant that refuses to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave the program, forfeiting any registration fees.

I am attending an HCP Home Care Forum voluntarily and at my own risk, and I release and waive any claim I might have against the HCP Home Care Forum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents for any and all liability or responsibility for any illness, damages, or injury whatsoever that I may incur in connection with my attendance at the HCP Home Care Forum, including, without limitation, as a result of exposure to COVID-19 or the manner in which the HCP Home Care Forum is conducted.

Cancellation Policy

Attendees

If the state or federal government imposes social distancing requirements or restrictions on events making it impossible to move forward with an in-person event, it is our intention to move to a virtual format. If virtual programming is impossible, refunds will be provided to attendees.

Thank you for doing your part to make this a safe and healthy event for everyone.
