HCP Opens MLTC Survey
With the January 1, 2024, home care worker minimum wage implementation less than two weeks away, HCP’s Public Policy team wants to hear from you. To keep our fingers on the industry’s pulse, we have opened a survey to ask our members what they are experiencing with their Medicaid Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans.
As we did last year, we will be checking in at regular intervals to gauge the progress, or lack thereof, in plan/provider negotiations and reimbursement rate sufficiency.
Managed Long Term Care plans have received their premium rates and the Department of Health (DOH/the Department) reports that all rates – Partial Capitation, Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP), Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), Mainstream, and Health and Recovery Plans (HARP) – have been loaded into the system for December 27, 2023. With last week’s DOH webinar addressing minimum wage questions, we anticipate that providers will start hearing from the MLTCs with whom they contract.
Our survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and gives our advocacy on your behalf real numbers in real-time. As always, HCP neither collects nor keeps any personally identifiable information in these surveys and your responses are anonymous, so please –
