CDPAP RFO Debriefing Webinar to be Held this Week

HCP has learned that the NYS Department of Health (DOH/the Department) is hosting a Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) Request for Offer (RFO) debriefing webinar for all interested applicants that have requested a debriefing. The webinar will include a summary of the Department’s RFO evaluation process, an overview of the evaluation tool, and how to seek additional information.  Prior to the webinar, each organization will receive a copy of the Department’s evaluation tool and the organization’s associated scoring of each evaluation tool criteria.

In addition, the webinar will provide instructions regarding how to schedule a follow up meeting with a Department representative to review specific questions. Such meetings will be conducted in 15-minute time slots in the days following the webinar.
For purposes of filing a bid protest with the Office of the State Comptroller (OSC), the deadline for doing so will be five business days after the webinar session for which a vendor is registered, and, if requested, the 15-minute additional meeting, whichever is later.

The webinar will be held on both Thursday, March 4th at 2:00 pm and Friday, March 5 at 11:00 am.  Each session will contain the same information, and organizations should only register for one session.  You must pre-register for the WebEx by following one of the links below:  (Thursday Session)  (Friday Session)
