Members receive discounts on HCP’s Annual Conference and educational programs and downloadable programs presented by HCP affiliate, Community Health Care Services Foundation, Inc. (CHC), which are available for purchase.
HCP members in good standing at the State level may join any of HCP’s regional Chapters. Chapters provide a forum for members come together to build a strong local home care community, network with colleagues to discuss issues of local importance, listen to knowledgeable speakers, and support essential HCP advocacy through grassroots efforts with their local elected officials.
