HCP Conference Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines

HCP’s Health and Safety Policies and Guidelines outline the precautionary measures and personal responsibilities that apply to all individuals participating in the HCP Conference. This plan is likely to evolve as the event approaches. Please do your part to make this a safe and healthy event for everyone.

Vaccinations

  • All registrants must be fully vaccinated in order to attend the event. Proof of vaccination will need to be displayed upon entering. 

Face Coverings

  • Masks are required for all attendees.      

Daily Health Attestations

  • HCP Conference participants will receive a daily health attestation to confirm they have no symptoms of COVID-19 prior to admittance to the conference area. Once your daily check has been completed you will gain entry into the Conference area.

Hygiene

  • Masks and sanitizing wipes will be provided to all attendees.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available in key areas.

Post-Conference Follow up

  • HCP Conference participants will be surveyed at regular intervals within 14 days after the event to ensure no changes to the health and well-being of attendees.

Adherence to Guidelines

  • Any HCP Conference participant that refuses to adhere to these guidelines may be asked to leave the Conference, forfeiting any registration fees or payments.
  • If you have a medical exemption to vaccination, please provide documentation of exemption. Please make HCP aware as soon as possible. A rapid test taken within 36 hours with a negative result will need to be provided. 

 Cancellation Policy

Attendees

If the state or federal government imposes social distancing requirements or restrictions on events making it impossible to move forward with an in-person event, it is our intention to move to a virtual format. If virtual programming is impossible, refunds to attendees will be provided.

Exhibitors, Sponsors, Advertisers

In the event the HCP 2021 Conference has to be held virtually, exhibitors’ who have executed contracts to participate in the HCP 2021 Conference will have those contracts carried over and honored and funds applied to participation at the next in-person HCP Conference. All sponsorship and advertising contracts will be honored and executed within a virtual event held in place of the 2021 Annual Conference.
