A free Emergency Management Webinar for the NYC Home Care and Hospice Sector
Join us for an insightful forum on the critical role of home care and hospice in emergency management. This event will outline the emergency preparedness responsibilities and activities within our sectors, emphasizing the potential for strong partnerships with local coalition members.
Our featured guest, the Staten Island COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disasters), will share their experiences partnering with the home and community-based services sector during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. Representatives from our associations will also provide key updates on current emergency management issues affecting home care and hospice.
Home care and hospice providers across the five boroughs are encouraged to attend, along with NYC Health Care Coalition partners, as we work to strengthen collaboration between borough emergency managers and local care agencies. The session will include ample time for open discussion to foster these connections.
