The Northeastern New York Chapter covers 16 counties including the Capital Region around Albany. An annual Caregiver of the Year Dinner is a highlight of the Chapter year. Unique among HCP Chapters, Northeastern New York has a very active subgroup of the Directors of Patient Services (DPS) for member agencies.

Albany, Clinton, Columbia, Delaware, Essex, Franklin, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties

Meetings

The Northeastern New York Chapter meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month except July and August. In addition, the DPS group has a planned educational program scheduled every other month. A full day in-service program for home health aides is sponsored by the Chapter and coordinated by the DPS group.
