Community Health Care Services Foundation, Inc. is the premier educational resource for home and community-based care. A not-for-profit, 501 (c)(3) education and research foundation, CHC provides educational training programs for home care administrators, clinicians and paraprofessionals. CHC secures grants for special projects that benefit the home care industry.
HCP Resources, Inc. provides management services and operates the HCP Resources Disabilty Program and the HCP Shoppe which offers books, CDs and DVDs for the home care community. HCP Resources also publishes Special Reports which feature analysis, research and interpretation of home and community-based care and other industry data.
The HCP Political Action Committee (HCP PAC) strengthens HCP's legislative strategies in New York and increases the visibility of HCP members and the home care industry.
The HCP Federal Political Action Committee (HCP FedPAC) promotes and champions the interests of New York State providers at the Federal level.
