The Western New York Chapter holds regular meetings throughout the year and offers programs of interest to providers across the Western New York Region.

Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming Counties 

Joining the Western New York Chapter 

The Western New York Chapter welcomes any interested HCP provider or associate members to join the Chapter. Interested HCP members can join by downloading a Provider or Associate member application. You must be a current HCP Member to participate in HCP chapters.
